Deliveries

All online orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the Blankets of Africa preferred courier service. Each delivery will have a unique tracking number.

Delivery costs may vary based on the delivery address requested by the customer as well as the quantity of order.

Due to the usage of external courier services, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

The online store will run a 365-day shop however shipping may be delayed during festive seasons. No deliveries will be made on Public Holidays and Weekends.

Although seldom charged, Blankets of Africa reserves the right to charge a 15% handling and delivery fee in the following events:

• The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect;
• Delivery reattempt more than twice;
• The customer wishes to cancel the order after the delivery left the Blankets of Africa warehouse; or
• The customer requests an exchange of the item for another product.
